I do not know of anyone who would say that 2020 was the greatest year they have ever experienced. Indeed, this year has been a challenge from many different directions. Nevertheless, God has sustained us and we look with excitement for the coming of the new year.
First, at the risk of sounding like I do this all the time, this will be my last blog post as the Executive Director of Crosslink Memphis. The past 15 years have flown by and the growth of this ministry has been phenomenal. I know that under the leadership of the new Executive Director, AJ Kamer, and Development Associate, Kathy Byrd, Crosslink Memphis will continue to grow and remain committed to Kingdom work and excellence. Please pray for them now and in the future, and join me in helping carry the financial burden required to empower this mission ministry. Thank you for all your support during my tenure and your continued generous and regular support in the years to come.
Second, we are almost to the end of our Match-My-Gift time. We are still receiving donations and we are almost to our $15,000 goal. You can still help us reach this by making a donation online HERE, or sending a check to Crosslink Memphis at 5389 Crestview Road, Memphis, TN 38134. If your check arrives after the first, it is not a problem. Just put Match-My-Gift in the memo line.
Finally, effective Friday, my new title will be Executive Director Emeritus. This means I have a title, but with no power or responsibility. I can still be contacted for a time through my Crosslink email address, but the more direct way will be at my mission address of firstname.lastname@example.org. Again, join me in praying for this ministry and commit, along with me, to provide financial support now and into the future. May God truly be glorified, Christ be proclaimed, and the work grow and prosper into the future.
