MEET THE TEAM
AJ brings a unique skill set as an Advanced EMT and graduate from Belhaven University with a bachelor’s in biblical studies. He began serving on medical mission trips to Peru and as his heart grew, he looked for opportunities to connect and serve with others doing medical mission trips around the world. AJ is joined in ministry by his wife Mary, and their two children. When AJ is not working on medical missions he enjoys running, golfing (which he is not good at but tries really hard), and anything sports related. AJ also enjoys a great cup of coffee to maintain his energy and to catch up with people. He has a purpose and calling to serve in missions, marriage, and men ministries.
Kathy’s role at Crosslink is to develop and nurture relationships while also planning events. She has a lot on her plate but to Kathy no one is a stranger. As a native Memphian and graduate of the University of Memphis, Kathy has the experience of working on church staffs and in education. In Kathy’s free time she spends it with her husband Russell and their family. When she is not wrangling the grandbabies, she is rocking the tiger blue and cheering for Memphis football or basketball. Outside of medical missions Kathy is passionate about and serves in marriage ministry alongside Russell.
Prior to coming on board here, Chris volunteered at Crosslink for nearly two years. He is no stranger to meeting the needs of the sick and injured. He has worked in our community as an Advanced EMT and has a great deal of experience working for medical supply companies operating in distribution centers and hospitals. Chris and his wife Shena have served in community missions, small groups, benevolence, teaching, and discipleship. Chris enjoys the outdoors, reading, and exercise. One of his favorite pastimes is spending evenings around the fire pit with his wife and their four children.
David & Jan Lewis
Executive Director Emeritus
David and his wife Jan both served Crosslink for many years. David served as a Pastor in the local church and helped start many nonprofits that aim at sharing the Gospel. The Lewis’s were instrumental to the founding and success of Crosslink. In their retirement they are excited to spend time with their family. The entire Crosslink family hopes that David gets to spend many hours on the lake fishing as we have all heard him tell us how much he loves fishing.
